Patron Message

Dear Students, Parents, Staff, and Well-Wishers, Greetings in the name of our Lord! It is with great joy and a grateful heart that I share this message as the Patron of St. Thomas Residential School, Byndoor. Over the years, this institution has grown to become a nurturing ground where knowledge meets virtue, and learning is anchored in faith. Our motto, “For God and the World,” reminds us of our dual calling: to live a life that honours God and to serve the world with purpose and love. At St. Thomas Residential School, we believe that true education goes beyond textbooks. It begins with the heart, forms the conscience, and awakens a sense of responsibility toward others. Inspired by the faith and courage of our Heavenly Patron, St. Thomas the Apostle, we aim to instil in our students a deep-rooted trust in God, a thirst for truth, and a passion to serve humanity. As we continue our journey, let us hold firm to our values. May our classrooms echo with respect, our playgrounds with joy, and our lives with service. Whether our students go on to become doctors, teachers, leaders, artists, or loyal servants of Bhoomi Thai, may they always be known not only for what they do, but for whom they are-individuals shaped by faith, compassion, patriotism and integrity.
